Guest Facilities

Everyone who stays with us at the Quinta, except on a room only basis, is invited to have breakfast in the Manor House, served in the Breakfast Room. The room has traditional 18th century Portuguese wall tiles and antique furniture. Breakfast is traditional continental Portuguese style with fresh breads and cakes, cereals, ham, cheeses and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Guests have free access to a wireless internet connection. To maintain a peaceful environment for our guests to enjoy, we do not have televisions at the Quinta.

There is also a lounge in the Manor House which is available for guests to use at any time to relax, read or watch a movie from our DVD collection. An extensive library of books, games, videos and DVDs is provided for our guests to enjoy.

To help with Airport Security, your Suite will have a selection of Body Wash, Shampoo, Hair Conditioner, Bubble Bath and Hand Wash, so you can reduce the liquids you carry.

Guests are free to explore the seven acre (three hectare) grounds of the Quinta and to make use of the large swimming pool (0.9m -2.2m deep), sun terrace and barbecue area adjacent to the Celeiro. There is also a guest kitchen at the end of the Celeiro near to the BBQ area. To save space in your luggage, we provide Pool towels for your stay, which you can also take to the beach.

There is ample free car parking space within the grounds of the Quinta, close to the Celeiro and Manor House.

There are 8 cafes and 7 restaurants, all within walking distance from the Quinta, and many more within a short drive or a longer walk. There is a particularly good restaurant just a 10 minute walk away which has fantastic food and wine too of course at very reasonable prices (you can expect to pay around €15 a head including wine depending upon the menu selection). We do also have a large BBQ and a Guest Kitchen, should you wish to self-cater.
